What I've seen and heard is that top people in leadership or WS are used because of their exceptional sucking-up talents, and then when they get too many kids, suddenly they're sent out to pasture to take care of them. And if they have TOO many kids, they're kicked out of the Family completely as being a burden.
The exception is that if they're really valuable to the Cause, some childless couple is handed all their kids and sent out to the field. The newly-single leaders then continue on serving God, and, of course continuing to fuck andhave more babies,which will also be sent out tothe field when they're big enough. Sometimes they're given away as little babies.
