Hi, is anyone out there an expert or has experience with the burn-out syndrome? I've been running for the last six years like a madwomen after leaving TF, and had a serious asthma breakdown in Feb 03. Since Jan 04 I am jobless and at the age of 46 ( after seven kids and 23 years in TF). Unemployment money is ok. for another year, but I can't seem to get any getupandgo- can anyone relate?
