Interestingly, you can't find anything on Romania at the Family Care Foundation website if you go through the Europe link, but I did find these links under "newsletters" to projects in Bucharest & Bacau.

Nobody named Crossman in these pics. The post from the Romanian journalist suggested the Crossmans could be found on the FCF website. Wonder if unwanted publicity has made them a "selah" project?
The Family website has a report from "Tabitha" dated August 2003. It talks about distributing a large shipment of humanitarian aid, but does not state where in Romania.
