When you got the error report, did you turn off your computer and reboot? Sometimes that's all it takes to solve the problem. Computers are like libraries - when you take all the books off the shelves, sometimes the librarian gets lost in the mess and can't retrace the steps to find the books. When you reboot, the books all get put back in place again.
