It's so simple to be oppressed if you just believe some control freak's claims to be anointed by God to control your life.
Excuse me while I go grovel before the feet of this wonderful more-than-human lady. How do I know she's so great? Because she TELLS me she is! She's also so humble that's she's not arrogant or proud in claiming she's so great and exalted. How do I know she's so humble? She tells me she is. Well, actually, Grandpa told me she is, so that's good enough for me. He called her the Humble Shepherdess, so that's good enough for me.
Yippee! Now for months of Maria-inflicted punishment! All because Grandpa said she was the Humble Shepherdess. Mine is not to question why, mine is but to drink Maria's spiritual kool-aid and die.
