Supposedly, it was a new wave of understanding and sympathy and openess so you were supposed to be able to now freely state your thoughts without fearing repurcussions. Sure, right, we believed them again. As soon as we put something down on one of those darn reports, it was just the same old thing. We learned real fast to not say anything. You couldnt trust anyone.
