We live on opposite sides of the country. He's apologized to my daughter twice. She's forgiven him. She has closure. I say I think he was molesting her at the time because I can't recall the exact date he came onto my girl friend. If it's about the date I think it was then he was. And I know exactly what he did as my daughter told me. He eventually crawled into her bed when she was 13, woke her up and started having sex with her.
Even if I talked to him words are cheap. Only he and God knows his heart.
I guess closure is when you forgive and never think about it again. That would be nice.
I'm sure my daughter doesn't think much about my ex-landlord who also molested her but I'm not sure I'll ever get closure on that one either.
Thanks for asking.
