In my book, rebels play a good role. There is nothing inherently wrong with acting by impulse either. The same thing is true with having a dialogue. Combining all of these things, one can have a lively conversation, with mistakes and all, even temporary animosity. What rescues or sinks the boat is the existence or absence of good faith.
When a person comes up to a topic and tries to murk it or hide it by talking about other things, one could hardly call it a dialogue, or exchange of ideas, or even conversation. What I call it is manipulation attempt and serves no constructive purpose.
