Run down - that'll sure do it. When I feel myself getting run down I'll drink lots of hot water, dress super toasty, wrap up in a blanket or two, rest, read, suck back a few lemons, stay indoors, etc... and that seems to do it.
What kind of gardenning are you doing? I like gardenning. I had to do a lot of it as a boy; helping mom and dad get it grown and in for the winter: weeding, watering, cultivating, harvesting, clearing the soil and preparing it for spring, fertilizing ...... Of course, up here there's no gardenning until mid May except for greenhouse plants and transplants.
