Understood, and I respect that. I just didn't know if I might have missed something that was openly known about that.

There are things that one can do when associating with Family members that might lead to a result that is totally accidental.

For example, I tried helping out a Family teen one time with an introduction to a health care professional who is a friend of mine. I allowed my friend to believe that this young person was the child of full time Christian missionaries. This friend provided free treatments for a condition.

I felt like I had done a good thing.

Until....

I learned that this young person struck up a friendship with the young receptionist at the office, and this young receptionist was spending weekends down at a particular San Diego area establishment we've all discussed.

I was fixing a computer at their office one day when no patients were in, and the receptionist told me about the weekends. She leaned toward me and said, "I think all the people who work there sleep with each other".

I felt like a complete idiot. I got her and her boss (my friend) into a room and told them the deal. I felt bad about it, because the young person was just doing what she had been raised to do. I just felt like a complete numbskull for exposing an innocent person to all that. If she had joined The Family, I would have never forgiven myself.

Anyway, that is an example of trying to help and ending up doing great potential harm by accident.

I certainly would not raise money for FCF, or donate money to them knowing that a high percentage, if not all of the money was going to fund Family "charities".
