Yes. The guilt and fear factors. Cornerstones of the family. But it is also not wrong to take care of yourself and your own. I agree with you on this guilt thing and am more than ready to throw away the yardstick that makes me more or less worthy to be accepted into any given group of people. Glad to see you are able to squeeze in some time for yourself.
