there are many peoople who open up their homes but don't talk about it on these boards. It seems the 3 mentioned have a knack at advertising this and trying to make others feel less helpful because they aren't doing as much as they think they are. This reminds me of being in the family and always trying to be more sacrificial then someone else to gain prestige and honor in God's kingdom and with the leadership. Maybe they are continuing to practice this, who knows. Regardless, this does not make another person of less value or less worth because they do not have a situation where they have the money and the huge palace to take people in. It's enough just to get their own children through college. Usually, most exmembers have a lot of kids and not a lot of resources and are often without the original parent or parents as well as a lot of issues, so it's not fair to put this pressure on them.
I think it's harmful to make exmembers feel like they aren't doing as much as Barney, Anneke or Cancion and so they should just shut up and don't make any comments or observations. Ugh-ugh, this is a new survivor and we have a new set of rules and players.
