Wolf, who posts at the Movingon website, that appears to have direct, first-hand communication with leadership at FCF. Wolf's posting under "Attacking the Family Care Foundation is Counterproductive" suggested to me that s/he had personal communication with FCF leadership about Victor Landivar and the allegations against him.
FCF's immediate response seems to have been to remove Landivar's project from their website. No explanation about what happened. Nothing about whether that project would continue to receive funding or whether allegations against Landivar would be reported the appropriate Russian authorities.
Knowing the Family's MO, my guess is that FCF still funds the guy under the table and feels no obligation to report the CSA allegations to Russian child welfare authorities.
