Why don't you simply email them and ask them what their relationship to FCF is? They have been quite forthcoming in the past. They're accessible.
It aggravates me to see you arbitrarily passing judgement on people and organizations -- making what amounts to serious allegations. Before you start giving the world your uninformed opinion, exercise some due diligence and ask them.
