Their site is still linked with the Loves Bridge Moscow. Also the anacronyms. Now not FCF, but PCF (Perm Childrens Fund) with a 501c3 (or whatever) charity based in oregon. Also, all staff in oregon are said to not be paid staff so that all monies go directly to Perm for homeless kids.
Sounds just like before. How is a Russian based break away org. connected to Oregon?
