On Moving On it says he is the top leader formerly known as Josiah / Paul of Marianne. I believe they were the shepherds of Music with Meaning.
I met him in London (80/81) but he is quite unrecognizable from the photo - and the blonde hair must be dyed. As someone so rightly remarked, he looks like a lesbian in a vest!
