Welcome Erika! Hope you had a merry Christmas with family and loved ones. What you describe is a very common experience, and we hope you find lots of friendly exmembers here to discuss these issues with. Generally, faith-based issues are discussed on the "Journeys" board which you can go go by simply clicking the brown tab at the bottom left of your screen. I've taken the liberty of reposting your note there. This GenX board here is for general discussions not necessarily related to faith issues.
So how long have you been out of the Family? What nationality are you? Have kids in or out? By the way you don't have to answer any questions you don't feel comfortable with. We're all moving at our own pace here.
Have you read any of the articles we have on this site, by the way. In the row of tabs above this screen, third to the left, you'll see the "Articles" tab. Some very insightful and intereting stuff is there written by exmembers such as yourself.
