Yes, it was read aloud at a mixed gathering of exers, FMs and CMs at Barney's house -- right after some of the major court cases, when they were looking to make friends among exers and to encourage more loyalty from FMers.
It was a brief window in which they wished to appear open to exers, and some of us exers thought we might be able to take advantage of it for the purpose of reuniting families, etc.
Nothing came of it. We got nowhere with the Family, even after extensive meetings with Peter Amsterdam and several CROs. Soon afterward, the Family started hosting their own meetings for more carefully chosen exers. I wasn't invited back. :P
