Not really. It is describing a dream that Berg had, in which a little girl befriends him at a church, and he takes her back to his room. The letter has a graphic in it, which depicts Berg and the little girl lying naked in bed.
My main focus was on Berg's description of his austere living conditions, which I suspect didn't match with reality.
On a message farther down, Jesse H. wrote about how he saw Berg eating a 5-course meal while the rest of them were eating road-kill. That description leads me to believe that Berg was living pretty large while the sheep were getting the scraps that fell from Berg's table.
