Yes, I have seen it--and I wrote a critical commentary to the website host and the author of this paper. First of all, this is a program evaluation, not research, and should not be presented as anything more than it is. The author makes a huge mistake in suggesting that the results of this study can be generalized to the organization as a whole. Beyond the sampling errors, there are also some really serious errors in his clinical measurement of abuse.
The website host where this is posted has offered to let me post a critical response to Lilliston's work. I just haven't made the time to edit my original commentary so that I'd feel OK with putting my name and credentials on a published piece. Perhaps I'll work on it now that other people have picked up on this piece of garbage passing as "research."
