I remember when you firwst arrived. We used to look up to your calm demeanor and, at a personal level, I thought you were cool (for what is worth)
We may have even gone litnessing a couple of times, singing in the buses. What stories we have! I try to keep the pleasent ones and dump the others so I don't remember too much of those days. I do remember a couple of peruvians, Jordan and Genesis, who would do anything for money but there were others who were great people, just deceived. I used to work with Phineas (remember the guy, ex-marine from Vietnam who married a peruvian? Then I also remember Joseph and Shemaiah
who were so sold out I never could understand. They were Jethro's point people in Lima but were much more pleasant to work with. When the RNR came and Shaul and Abiah took over, their palace (that house that belonged to Juan's family) had so many riches in it. Adam and Ruhamah were running a school there and had everything you can imagine. Seeing first hand how they lived helped me open my eyes to the fact that Berg was just a plain old man full of manure who was using other tirants to be his henchmen. I stayed away from them but their stench was too great for me at some point and left. Spiritual stench is the worse kind, isn't it?
