Well, to me the guy is a real criminal and wolf. I know TF attracted a lot of these wolves.
I would have a hard time restraining myself too.
In my opinion, however, I don't believe you can do much to him legally after so much time has passed. I know justice needs to be meted out.
The ball lies in your daughter hands. You should find out if he can be civily tried. Find out if he has assets and go after them.
He deserves justice. "If your right arm offend you cut it off". To me he has offended you and your child.
But just keep in mind vengance belongs to God.
