I don't now if I have enough info to give you a good decision on that. I guess it would depend on if it were posted along with some kind of allegation that was not backed up by an arrest, or the victim.
If you feel strongly about it, go ahead and post it and we'll take a look at it and see if we think it violates our guidelines.
What we are trying to avoid is third hand info and gossip that might end up getting people confused and causing some innocent person a lot of grief.
