If the focus is bringing charges for sexual abuse, yes, you are probably right. If the purpose is to expose TF, uncover its cover-ups, blacken its white-washing, to prove there was pattern, then those Mo Letters and photos come in very handy. It's a double-edged sword. They can be used both against perpertrators, and also as a way for them to establish for their own defense that there was a pattern being encouraged from the top.
