I know you understand what I'm talking about. I deal with indirectly or directly, a lot of legal issues surrounding electronic communications. You and I are very aware of the dangers in owning such material, especially intentionally, and how it can be hard to explain, and can actually be turned and used against you.
In any case, the point is this stuff needs to be documented. If we get the material archived and registered, and a legal worker to witness and state the existence of and describe such material, we will not need to pass it around. Even if I had to prove anything, I'd rather pass around an electronic scan of a sworn affidavit by a neutral 3rd party, than attach pictures of Davidito being molested. For my own sanity's sake, for the sake of those I am trying to prove the existence of such material to, and especially for the sake of the victim, I'd rather pass around a text document that accurately and clinically details the material.
