I have the quotes that you are missing. They're in in the Daily Bread #9 numbered 30-32. They are about oral sex and circumcision (lubricting the boys penie with the woman's mouth to get the foreskin down), and sexual connotations in the titles and captions. Berg's defense was that any Judge in his right mind couldn't possibly have any kind of a judgement on the strength of "things that I have said and written and a few pictures which don't show anything" (other than the pic of a woman manipulating the boy with her fingers).
