Up to a point I can agree witht this statemente, and the point of the message that children are in a different position of strength to speak up. But i submit that not necessarily the vast majority report something because of some "fear-based indoctrination". I would say that the vast majority of people who witnessed abuse didn't report anything because of plain indoctrination, period. Fear might have been a part but there was more than that.
I also submit that indoctrination does not erase responsibility. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.
PD, I am not saying that you are guilty of anything other than being in the wrong place at the wrong time but you are accepting some level of responsibility for what you saw, which is healthy.
