Jules I want to say first of all thankyou for your answer and I'm going to take a while to digest what you said. I still think Joseph Praisemore must have been genuine in his grief about what he did since he was talking about constant thots of suicide but I agree that part of the motivation was feeling rejected by society like you said. My questionwas about should an exmember turn himself in to the police or shouldn't he first contact the one he abused? You clarified your point enough by saying that he should put his confession in writing to the one he abused and sign it and let her do what she wants with it. I agree wholeheartedly with that and I hope people will act on your advice.
