I've never seen anything that said Michael Jackson was a Scientologist. I have, however, read many reports/articles over the years, that said the Jackson family were members of Jehova's Witnesses.
Michael's sexual behavior would have made him fit in quite well in TF. With all his surgeries to make himself look like a certain member of the Supremes, he'd also feel comfortable with pretending to be a woman during Loving Jesus sessions. ;)
