One thing I should mention too, is that this was a learning experience for all of us, just as I'm sure it was for you and many others. We often cannot act quickly enough when we haven't formulated policies to cover possible problem scenarios. In this case, I remember some questions about whether it was OK to post emails, and what our policy was on such and such. We didn't have quick enough answers or informed enough answers to give. Thanks to that incident, we're more prepared about a lot of related matters, privacy issues, email policies, naming names, handling of abuse reporting, etc. We've also been asking questions we need to ask, as we confront the issue of exposing The Family.
