If one is going to risk the anger of the Copyright Gods anyway, why not take a cue from "The Smoking Gun" website and direct post scanned images of the pubs?
Family members are already claiming that the pubs posted on ex-member sites are edited. Why not just post the pub intact, and take that argument away?
