I really don't know, and he hasn't really provided any details. I know that he is scanning them mostly from original photos, so I'm going to assume he was a photographer. He seems to want to stay annonymous, and as far as I can tell he has never posted on any of the ex-member boards. He just sent us an email one day. I have this program that lets the user control a directory on the site like it is their own mini-website where they can post photos and do comments about them. Of course, I'm watching it on a regular basis to make sure nobody does anything off the wall.
Some of the pubs he has scanned show dates in 1974-75. I'm not seeing anything yet that would tend to suggest that he lasted much longer than that in the COG.
