Can you not improve your tv in Costa Rica? I live in San Rafael de Heredia--two years ago the reception was good but little by little it has failed-now no color ,full snow,can not view faces, and the audio is almost completely gone. Enlace is good but TBN is lost for us and that is a big loss. I do not know what canal it is on because you can not read anything. Also what about Panama--I was there not long ago and could not get TBN?? Thank you!
