I looked over Sam's post and I see what you mean. I think he was pretty vague, and you were more specific and detailed, which is why it was getting borderline. I'd be happy to leave everything as it is as long as nobody brings up any more details about that situation in a way that would be unfair to the banned person, not being able to speak for himself.
