i break my promise and interupt again i know, but this is very illegal from Sam.
- If I know of a case of child abuse, incest, I will talk about it whether it was spoken to me confidentially or not. I think this is plan enough. I don't have the moral right to keep it confidential, even if I did promise confidentiality. I think that is plain enough.
If one talk about anything he knows about the child abuse publicly, then he inteferes with the justice process and hurt the child. In the country there i live and any country i know, if someone is sexual abused their name is not mentioned in the newspaper or television news.anything information that will shame them or hurt them is not showed. their photos not shown, address and town where they live is secret.when the governing social investigate the abuse they must have free hand everything is confidential. This is normal. when they find the abuse they also make everything stays confidential and anyone who makes public anything can goes to prison.
Sam if you know anything the only persons you must talk to is the polis and the social investigater.if you giv to public what younknow then if there was real abuse or not the criminal can hide it. This is dangerous ideas! You have moral right and acording to the law is you must keep confidential what you know.
