Well, since sexual abuse refers to a vast array of behaviors that affect children, the way the kids were raised (I remember a guy ogling my 6 yr old once remarking she was "sexy," giving her "the look" - I found out YEARS later, in fact a few years ago that he had been the first one to sexually abuse her when I was out of the home a few times) in general was way too sexualized. It was infested, no matter how much I tried to keep my kids safe and no matter how much I despised those behaviors.
When therapists see these come and get me behaviors out here in very young people (am talking VERY young) they understand immediately that the child has either been abused or precociously sexualized.
