I can't think of any reason why it would work on Crossfire and not here, why the posts change from black to blue to black again here (you mean when you come back to the genx board again, right?), but not for Corssfire.... But please help me to help you get to the bottom of this by answering these Qs:

1. Are you sure you didn't click on something like "clear history" on your browser?
   
2. Is your Operating system Windows 2000 professional or Windows NT, and you log on to an account, AND you use an older version of Netcape?
   
3. Do you go directly to the crossfire board using the url http://crossfire.newdaynews.com/ or do you go www.newdaynews.com and click your way to the crossfire board?
   
4. If you go to www.newdaynews.com first and navigate your way to the boards, do the posts you have read change color showing they are read?
