When I left the Family (1999), the CVC was for Family members only. A large part of it consists of lists of Mo Letters to read on various topics (or at least, that was the case 4 years ago). A smaller part of the CVC consisted of a list of approved "system" courses available on computer CDs, books, etc. to study and learn from independently. Credit could also be obtained for completing CLE courses.
