Well, your site design is fairly accessible, however, there are a few quircks that could be fixed.
First of all, in this form for posting a reply, there are extra edit fields that serve no purpose. For each field such as Name, e-mail address, subject, etc. you follow it with another edit field using the same label, and which contains what I assume to be the maximum number of characters allowed.
I don't think that info needs to be in an edit field.
By the way: I'm not using an alternative browser, I'm using IE 5.5. I use a screen-reader application to read the contents of the screen.
