You're right of course. Maria wrote that letter to try to blame the teen girls when it was really the old men who were going after them. I heard that at the Mexican teen meeting about 1988 or so that teen girls were complaining about th men's sexual attention and a leader said "Complain to Juan". The girls replied that Juan was the worse offender of all and constantly pinching their butts.
Some teen girls are naturally flirtatious,sure. But when their life has been spiked with spiritual viagra from the time they were old enough to read, you gotta know that it was because of the unhealthy over-sexed environment.
Why else do so many Family girls end up in the sex trade after leaving the Family? Substandard education, no job skills, and highly sexualized.
