New Article released - "David Berg’s Anti-Semitism"

This is to announce that a new resource has just been placed in exFamily.org’s Articles section, one of the most significant articles we have yet hosted: ‘David Berg’s Anti-Semitism.’ Be warned, this will not be easy reading for either the general public or for many ex-members of The Family (aka the Children of God). For those of you of Jewish descent this article will be mind-boggling.

This article containing these rants by David Berg has been posted as a matter of public record. The general public has a right to know the firmly-entrenched beliefs of The Family. Ex-members who have either forgotten the extent of Berg’s vitriolic hatred for the Jewish people or who have mentally blocked them out, need to come face-to-face with the beliefs of the group they were once part of.

Family leadership under Karen Zerby (Maria) and Steve Kelly (Peter) have never denounced Berg’s teachings nor have they ever disowned his denial of the Holocaust or his praise for Adolf Hitler who attempted to exterminate all people of Jewish ancestry. Also note that though the material we quote was spoken by David Berg (the founder and ‘prophet’ of The Family) the present leadership of The Family, Zerby & Kelly, firmly believes them & has made no effort to distance themselves from these statements. In fact, Karen Zerby was responsible for pushing Berg to publish some of the strongest attacks against Jewish people.

These are the current beliefs of The Family. We invite any authorized representative of The Family to either publicly denounce these beliefs, or to defend these beliefs.
