I have no idea about what is currently going on with barney. But i do remember when the family actively sought out former members and brought them back in, publicising their return and sucking up to them only to crush them again once they were in for awhile. One poster with the 03 at the end of his name posted on another board RECENTLY that he had been away for a reason and had come on real strong and pro family, and hinted at others (ex mems, fm,) that are currently rejoining. It is funny because this same poster had personally e-mailed me at one point, I think to feel me out, saying he had actually met the family even though he was posting that he had never been in the family and acted dumb about it. No wonder trust is such an issue amongst exers. There is always room to guess at where someone is coming from and "selah" stuff overall. I did tell some other people about it at the time and changed my e-mail to prevent getting anything else from this person. The reason being, I HATE what the family does to people, and what people become under the influence of it. If they were a good "Christian" group, they would not have to be so deceptive and lie all the damn time. Anyway..
