Yes, once people have become little people, been twisted like pretzels, broken etc., they may become nicer and humbler, but the sense I get is that it is at least partly due to a state of lobotonization. Do they have original thoughts? Are they capable of thinking critically?

Keda went through so much mind-bending. She did her lezzy thing, then she got totally humiliated at Berg's house in 1984, then she had to go out and enforce the party line with Faithy in Japan in the Reign of Terror.

Then she gets involved in procuring false Australian and Canadian passports for Berg & co., ends up in the slammer, deported. And now she's a little person in a mindless abusive cult that demands unquestioning loyalty. After 30 years of loyal, 110% service, is that as good as it gets?

I was talking to an SGA yesterday, and he said he got out cause he looked at people our age in the cult, and he said that we were not where he wanted to be 20 or 30 years from now. He wanted a little more return on his life.

I mean, what do people our age in the group have to show for their lives? They have very little to show for 30 years, and they are not allowed to make any critical assessment, or reflect, on the abuses of the group. It is so pathetic. And if they leave, they more or less go straight on welfare, as they have neither the will nor the ability to make it in the big bad world.

I submit that many, if not most, are truly institutionalised. Chained eagles. And as much as I don't like to be a mean guy, I don't think that at this point,in their current state of mind, I have much to learn from them. So very sad. Their lives are truly husks.
