Is Sam Perfilio still Maria & Peter's righthand man?

I read an old story by Joy, Jay's wife, where Sam forced sex on every woman ni the Philippines & raped Joy when she was pregnant & gave her VD. He gave VD all over the place including to two teen girls. He then was promoted to be Peter & Maria's right hand man. Is he still there? This is one of the reasons why there is absolutely no hope for the Family, when they have such horrible people as their leaders.
