I was at the conference, also Marina, Jules and Daniel (Ado's son). Steve Kent was there also who has done research and written about the Family. Massimo Intgovigne was there and at one point when Jules said that the media homes were all orchestrated to do pr and were fake or something like that, I looked at Introvinge sitting a little ahead of me, and was glad he was there to hear this. Gordon Melton was there also, I shook his hand. During one of the breaks Daniel came to me and we had a quick verbal contact, and he thanked me for my fighting against the COG. My newsletters were displayed at the back free table and all the copies were gone by the end of the conference. Marina spoke also at the conference. AFF is a sort of sister organization to CAN. They were created about the same time and AFF was more into the research and publishing side of things. It is a predominately Jewish organization like CAN. I met Langone who I believe is the number 2 man, a psychologist. The president of AFF is Herb Rosedale, a lawyer. There were some lawyers that spoke and I noticed ex-COGs were attending these. There was one lawyer who claimed he never lost a case against the cult. But you don't have to even be a good lawyer to win the case agaisnt the Family. I think you can't lose the case against the Family even if you tried if all the fact come out. So, I do hope a lot of former members that were sexually abused start a BIG case soon. Sam AJemian
