YES. That continual breaking in the fam. and destruction of a positive self esteem! I know I held my anger in and for so long that I didn't even realize sometimes what bothered me.
Thanks for the very informative article. I haven't been to see 'Anger Management' yet, but will have to soon. After all, two of my favorite actors are in it.. :0
