I wrote to PD regarding Philip Slown, she told me that she mentioned it to you, agian I dont feel comfortable giving to many details.
So you know I am not trying to scam you or any thing like that I will give a little info regarding my qualifications (further documentation can be provided to veryify my claims) I have been involed in investigations and Law Enfocement since 1997 so I belive this info would help you.
