It's hard to know what to do. Maybe you can tell your mother that you insist on seeing your brother and talking with him or you WILL go to child protective services. Sometimes that's the only thing they understand. Just tell her all you want to do is talk to him and see what HE wants to do, since this is all supposed to be about choice, right? Quote them a mo letter or something, for heaven's sake.
