I didn't have time to read your whole thing, but I just have one comment about your first paragraph, that there is no link between Sadaam and Al Qauida. How about the fact that Sadaam gives $50,000 to the Palestinian families of suicide bombers who go into crowded market places and blow up women and children. Oh, I can hear the left now...oh, that's ok, the Israelis deserve it, poor Palestinians. My point is, if you want a link, start connecting the dots. There are many extremist Muslim terrorist groups than just Al Quada, they are only one. It's not bad enough that they are terrorizing Americans abroad. Who said anything when that missionary couple were kidnapped and help captive for what was it, 2 years? It wasn't until 9/11 that the U.S. finally chucked diplomacy and went after them and finally rescued the wife at least. Wake up people, we have to fight terrorism and it will not be pretty. Last time I looked, I was not living in Utopia.
