This "Sarah" is possibly an individual in TF who feel obliged to stand up for their misguided convictions. If it is a member then they are a disbedient one, because they've been told to stay away from ex-member sites; if they're disobedient then maybe there's hope for them. It's definitely not a Family spokesperson, that's not their style.
Or it could be someone who just wanted to see a lot of different reactions, an attention seeker.
